Summary/Objective:

The Brand Ambassador (BA) supports the Brand Activation Manager in executing local field marketing initiatives that build awareness, drive trial, and increase consumer engagement for Watermill Express. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on representing the brand at events, community activations, and local partnerships while delivering memorable, on-brand consumer experiences.

The Brand Ambassador serves as an extension of the brand in the market, helping create consistent, positive interactions with consumers and supporting the execution of local marketing plans. BAs work closely with the Brand Activation Manager to ensure every activation is executed professionally, safely, and in alignment with brand standards.

This is a part time, hourly, non-exempt position ranging from $22-$28 

Essential Functions:
  • Support the Brand Activation Manager with on-site execution of events, samplings, grassroots marketing, and community activations.
  • Represent Watermill Express professionally at local events, grand openings, and community engagements.
  • Engage consumers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and memorable way to build awareness and encourage trial.
  • Educate consumers on Watermill Express products, services, and brand value with confidence and accuracy.
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and event logistics, including distributing materials and maintaining a clean, organized activation space.
  • Help capture field content such as photos, videos, and event feedback for marketing and social media use.
  • Maintain a strong, polished brand appearance and follow brand standards at all times.
  • Provide feedback from the field on consumer reactions, event performance, and local market trends.
  • Track and report basic event data, engagement and customer comments.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and perform all duties in a safe and professional manner.
  • Regular and predictable attendance for required schedule.
  • Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
  • All other duties assigned.

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from events.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Education and Experience:
  • Previous brand ambassador or event experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
