Detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Inventory Clerk with 1+ year of experience in inventory control and stockroom operations. Skilled in receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory using handheld scanners and inventory systems. Known for maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth warehouse operations in fast-paced environments.

Essential Functions:
  • Regular and predictable attendance for required schedule.
  • Support production planning by monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential shortages and stock availability.
  • Handle Material and products in a warehouse setting
  • Performing quality check on stored inventory and discarding of any non-compliant material.
  • Utilize inventory management software such as Dynamics and Acumatica
  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management.
  • Report discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count.
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage areas for easy access to stock
  • Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
  • All other duties assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory records and storage areas
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve inventory goals
  • Knowledge or shipping/receiving processes and best practices
  • Understanding of stock control principles and inventory optimization strategies
  • English and Spanish (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs with or without accommodation
  • Ability to lift and carry items typically ranging from 25 to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Frequent walking within the warehouse to check stock, fill orders, or locate inventory
  • Regular bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching overhead
  • May need to work at various heights
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handing small parts, scanning inventory, and using handheld devices
  • Occasional use of step stools or ladders to access high shelves or racks

Education and Experience:
  • Inventory: 1 Year (Preferred)
  • Warehouse management system: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Forklift Certification (Preferred)
  • Pallet jack knowledge (Preferred)
