Summary/Objective: This employee position is primarily responsible for end-user IT technical support for corporate and remote office-users, addressing questions and remotely assisting end-users with IT related issues. The employee will provide support and maintenance for all company IT related hardware and software. Every Watermill Express employee is expected to perform their job in a professional manner to provide the best possible service to our customers. This includes following all policies, procedures, job duties and the company’s Pledge of Conduct. The Pledge of Conduct includes conducting work honestly, fairly and with integrity.
