Manager/Supervisor
Summary/Objective:
The primary objective of the Operations Supervisor is to be a hands-on leader responsible for delivering guidance and technical support for Field Personnel as assigned. This leader will monitor operations performance and technical aspects of the refill stations to create a safe and efficient work environment. This position is responsible for meeting the market’s key performance indicators (KPI).

This position is hourly, non-exempt ranging from $22-$32


Essential Functions:
  • Perform supervisory duties for all assigned personnel.
  • Ensure operational uptime for assigned units.
  • Maintain the station maintenance program which ensures the company’s quality standards are met.
  • Participate in and/or oversee collection procedures.
  • Operate within maintenance, repair, and controllable expense budgets.
  • Keep a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance (clean uniform and vehicle).
  • Oversee routine service and maintenance on company vehicles.
  • Oversee market’s vehicle organization, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Lead technical operations within the market.
  • Function as the subject matter expert to assist in resolving high-level technical issues with our refill stations.
  • Evaluate employee performance and/or identify technical and performance training opportunities to ensure Company standards are met.
  • Communicate employee successes, opportunities for improvement, sales trends, ideas, competitive information, and concerns to continually improve market performance.
  • Provide SMART training and ensure all employees are certified.
  • Provide safety training to all employees and ensure the market employees follow all safety protocols.
  • Review and monitor unit support systems and delegate actions to appropriate staff.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness, as needed.
  • Support District Manager and Regional Manager as needed.
  • Regular and predictable attendance for required schedule.
  • Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner
  • All other duties assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on with oversight duties.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP, technical support systems, and MS Outlook.
  • Team player with positive attitude.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to read written instructions.
  • Ability to operate a smart phone.
  • Clean motor vehicle record and current valid driver license.
  • Ability to work on-call for rotating weekends and evening.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Familiar with use of voltmeter and similar diagnostic equipment.
  • Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar experience preferred.
  • Willing to gain certifications as required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Capable of climbing ladders, walking, standing, stooping and bending.
  • Ability to work safely in limited space inside refill stations.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Advanced electrical and plumbing knowledge and experience required.
  • Refrigerant and backflow certification preferred.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
